Refund Policy
Paid Unlimited is billed by Paddle. This draft explains how refunds are intended to work.
Free plan
The Free plan has no charge, so there is nothing to refund.
Paid Unlimited
Paddle is the payment processor and merchant of record. Subscriptions are $20 per month or $120 per year.
If you request a refund within 14 days of your first paid Unlimited charge, we will ask Paddle to refund that charge when the request is made in good faith and the account has not been used to resell or abuse the service.
Later charges are handled case by case, usually through the Paddle customer portal. A granted refund or chargeback immediately ends payment-sourced Unlimited. Manual Unlimited granted by an administrator is separate and is not removed by a subscription refund.
How to ask
Use in-app Support after sign-in, or manage the subscription in the Paddle portal from Billing. Include the email on the Google account you used to sign in.
